Cristina Yang saying her goodbyes to all of her Grey Sloan collegues for good. There is a big dramatic storyline within this episode as well, as a terrorist act takes place in Seattle and that wrecks havoc for those at the hospital. Meredith will make a "life-altering choice" according to the official synopsis at TV Guid e, and most would imagine this has to do with Derek's big job offer. Another doctor, it seems, will get some alarming news. The big preview from ABC does share a few other "Grey's Anatomy" spoilers about what to expect in the May 15 finale. It sounds as if Cristina and Meredith will get in some serious girl time over drinks late into the night just before Yang needs to leave for Zurich.
