Meredith cancelled her night out with Cristina as she had to do a surgery on a bypass patient. She was also worried about who was looking after the kids. All along, it turned out that Callie (Sara Ramirez) and Arizona (Jessica Capshaw) were babysitting them. She was upset at Derek (Patrick Dempsey) for not telling her about it. Jackson (Jesse Williams) had a not-so-nice encounter with the mother of a young girl with a hearing defect. 
I have really appreciated the continuation of both the bubble boy and family with heart complications storylines. While the young boy picked up a viral infection despite being isolated at the hospital, Bailey clearly was contemplating making a very risky decision by wanting to inject the boy with a deactivated HIV virus - regardless of the young boy's parents' change in heart. There's no way this ends well for Bailey. As for the family with the three children and their mysterious heart issues, Dr. Yang tried her best to make the right decision when the parents couldn't decide which daughter to pick and save. It was heartbreaking and I couldn't imagine ever having to make that choice. Unfortunately, one of the daughter's died as her overall health was deteriorating. Finally, I'm a little wary about Jackson's report about what research will be cut soon. Moreover, why is Meredith's research on the back burner now? Other Thoughts: I loved how Meredith totally had Cristina's back.

Shes recognized her limitations and shes found her voice and shes used her words even though those words could potentially upset her wife. For the women who buries her emotions so deep you need a shovel to find them this is momentous, and like April leaving Jackson or Cristina losing the Harper Avery its a reminder that Greys may appear predictable, but it isnt always. Notes If you did not cry when Meredith and Owen showed up on the awards ceremony you are a monster with no soul.

I think it is miles better than the first half of this season, which was pretty so-so at times. [Spoilers ahead] The tie-in with Captain America: The Winter Soldier, with Hydra infiltrating S.H.I.E.L.D. and Agent Garrett being revealed asthe Clairvoyant working for Hydra, were very good plot twists, along with Agent Ward being a turncoat to work for Agent Garrett and Hydra or could Ward be going undercover for Agent Coulson to help S.H.I.E.L.D. bring down Hydra? 
A lot has happened since he was last a part of the series, and his exit was well-publicized at the time. Regardless of any of that, though, the return of Dr. Burke is very important to the show, given that it brings someone back to the fold that has a connection to Dr. Cristina Yang like no other. 
Unfortunately, Cristina didnt take home the prize, much to our dismay, but shes the real winner to us although that doesnt count where medical prestige is concerned, of course. Greys might be bringing in less viewers than previous seasons, but 8 million viewers is nothing to balk at, especially where a show thats run for so long is concerned. And considering the fact that it still wins out in its time slot over its competitors? So awesome for a show that turned ten this year with two more seasons most likely in its future! Plus, its a little comforting to know that so many other people are stressing over Jackson ( Jesse Williams ) and April ( Sarah Drew ) and the fate of their marriage , right? Another huge victory for showrunner Shonda Rhimes ? Her other baby, the mind bogglingly popular Scandal , brought in the most viewers in the shows history with last weeks season finale. 
On April 18, Spoilers Guide shared a sneak peek released for the next episode, "Grey's Anatomy" episode 10x21 titled "Change of Heart." The sneak peek features Justin Chambers and Jessica Capshaw . What happens during this sneak peek? Alex and Arizona are on a plane, and she begins to talk about being on an airplane. He thinks she is talking about the plane crash, and he tries to stop her. She isn't talking about that though. She is talking about the plane trip where they first met, and he realizes she is about to make her argument against him leaving the hospital. He is ready for her words, and he has a few of his own to share.

If you were expecting a happy ending to the season, maybe you should reevaluate what this shows about because according to the titles, nothing good can come from the end of this season. According to Spoiler TV , Episode 23 is called Everything I Try to Do, Nothing Seems to Turn Out Right sounds promising, huh? The titles a reference to the song of the same name by The Decemberists, which is all about a relationship that doesnt end well, no matter how hard you try. After last nights episode , were inclined to think this ones referring to Jackson ( Jesse Williams ) and April ( Sarah Drew ), who seem to have hit an impasse in their marriage, which may prove to be short-lived. Episode 24 is titled Fear (Of the Unknown), which is also a song by Siouxsie and The Banshees. Weve got a feeling this one could be for Cristina ( Sandra Oh ) and her departure or about the way the season ends in general, considering the fact a major disaster could leave us fearing the unknown fates of our favorite characters. You know, like every other Greys finale.

Meanwhile we catch up with Bran to see just how much hes aged since Season Three. 
Most of the episode focused on reaction to last years episode, which came off even more self-serving than it was. Ramsay narrated from the Hells Kitchen set as if he was a Dateline reporter. A lot of what Ramsay said was just absurd, like when he insisted reaction to the episode was the number-one trending story on the Internet (what does that even mean?!). At one point, he also non-ironically said online bloggers, which is a redundant and clueless phrase that unintentionally recalls Amys description of redditors as online legion trolls. Having a few journalists recap what happened last year and flashing tweets on the screen ( including mine! ) only told people what they already knew: it was a great episode. But by hammering that point over and over again, re-using the same footage, it unintentionally made the counter-argument.

To rewind a little bit, this is the place where for the first time ever, Ramsay left the restaurant and gave up on it and rightfully so Why does Amy make everyone so angry? She is so in her own world and thinks so highly of herself that obnoxious is putting it nicely. As I watched this video, it reminded me of my anger and even writing this article makes me angry. InKitchen Nightmares it always starts off with some drama tension between Ramsay and the owners of the restaurant but at the end, Gordon Ramsay has always turned them around, and the climax of the episode is usually the owner breaking down and changing their ways. In this case, her husband and co-owner of the restaurant never tells her what customers think of her horrendous food making her believe she is the best Chef around which gives her the ultimate ego you have ever seen.
